1960 saw a few more articles in the press than the previous two years, though not as many as I can find for the mid-1950s. This seems to have been the last hurrah for the Northwood Wheelers, as I can't find any local news reports in 1961 onwards. This would illustrate Brian Major's comment that the club declined quite quickly in the early 1960s. It's not clear when the club closed its books but it may well heve been defunct by 1963.
